Step through the portal to paradise, and join me with my incredible collaborator, astrologer Sarah L’Hrar, for a retreat experience like none other!

‍

With daily breathwork, meditation and yoga practices led by me, and a week-long deep-dive into your birth chart, we start a fresh year with a getaway to reflect, relax, recharge and realize our best year ahead, while fully immersed in the healing magic of Costa Rica's lush jungle and breathtaking ocean.

The Portal is an opportunity for us to disconnect with our everyday world so we can connect with ourselves, each other, and nature; to nourish ourselves physically, spiritually and emotionally so we can step into the new year full of energy and clarity.

‍

Between our sessions together, we will all have plenty of time to rest, play, swim, shop, chat, surf, kayak and explore!

‍

Our home for the week will be Norte Yoga & Surf Hotel, a beautiful boutique hotel at Playa Guiones, in luscious Nosara, Costa Rica, steps away from the sublime beauty of the Pacific ocean.

What's included?

• 6 nights stay at Norte Yoga & Surf Hotel
• 6 Breakfasts and lunches provided by the Jungle Bar or Naked Foods that feature fresh, plant-based, organic local ingredients and traditional flavours
• 2 group dinners together 
• Daily yoga, meditation and breathwork lead by Sara Gallagher Bloom, and daily astrology practice and ceremony with Sarah L’Hrar aka Astro Auntie
• A cacao ceremony, a dance party, optional daily sunrise and sunset walks on the beach

You are responsible for: 

• Dinners on nights when we don’t gather as a group — Guiones is known for its diversity, and this richness of culture is reflected in the variety of gastronomic options. Just steps from Norte we can find everything from traditional Costa Rican cuisine to fresh seafood, vegan, raw, grilled, or delicious pizza. Nosara has a spectacular array of dining options ranging from exclusive gourmet to secret dives — something for every budget and palate.
