Practices

All of these practices are about gathering tools to manage life.

With any practice, we are aiming to put enough energy into our system to create new patterns. The tools of meditation, breathwork, mantra, yoga and prayer (among others) will build this energy. These practices do not eliminate the stressors of life. They do, however, give us a greater ability to meet life’s challenges. Here are some of my favourites, and ones I’m currently offering:
