This is a practice for receiving and transformation: noticing the old stories, inherited patterns, and automatic reactions that keep us from trusting our own light, and gently choosing again from the heart. We’ll revisit the summer Imprint meditations and work with breath, stillness, and the body as a place of integration – making space for clearer purpose, deeper courage, and the part of us that is ready to rise.
