This 15-hour weekend immersion is for students and teachers who already feel the value of the practice and want to go deeper.
Over three days, we’ll explore Kundalini through practice, nervous system wisdom, and embodied learning – not just to learn more, but to live it more.
This training is designed to help you understand why the practice works, feel it more deeply, and begin bringing it into your actual life. Across the weekend, we move through five core themes: stability, capacity, clarity, boundary, and transmission.
You do not need to want to teach to join – you may come simply as a student ready for a more immersive container.

This immersion is for students and teachers who already feel the value of Kundalini and want more space inside the work.
You do not need to be advanced, and you do not need to be planning to teach. You can come because the practice is meaningful to you, because you’re curious, or because you want a deeper and more immersive experience than weekly class can offer.

With more time, there is more room to stay with a theme, understand what is happening beneath the surface, ask questions, integrate, and let the practice land in a more lasting way. This weekend is designed as a deeper container — one that supports both experience and understanding.

The training is designed to support steadiness, resilience, clarity, and a more embodied relationship to your own energy, rhythm, and presence.
You’ll also receive a certificate of completion of 15 hours of training toward The Course.
