Winter Home Retreat
As winter settles in, nature invites us to turn inward — not as withdrawal, but as intentional cultivation. Beneath frozen ground, life is quietly gathering strength. This season is the root of renewal, the deep inhale before spring’s next exhale.
This is a home retreat, because you’ll practice from wherever you are. Your space becomes sacred ground — a place to listen, replenish, and tend to what’s unseen but still becoming. Amid the hum of the holidays and the swirl of connection, this is your time to slow the spin, to nourish what’s essential.
Opening ceremony — December 11
We’ll begin together on December 11, marking the season’s turning point and the moment you choose rest. Join anytime before the opening; what matters most is your arrival.
Morning ritual: 6 a.m. meditation (live or recorded)
Each morning for ten days, we meet in the quiet light of dawn for meditation. This is The Imprint for Winter — an extended ten-day practice held within the retreat itself. Whether you join live or follow the recordings at your own pace, these mornings become an anchor of rhythm and reverence.
Daily flow: movement, stillness, renewal
Each day offers two to three pre-recorded movement-based practices — yoga, meditation, pranayama, nidra, and more — designed to awaken warmth, sustain your inner fire, and align your body with the slower current of the season. These are gentle ways of reminding yourself that rest is not idleness, but participation in a deeper cycle of becoming.
Winter-care recipes for self + home
To accompany your practice, you’ll receive daily winter-care recipes — simple rituals to nurture both body and space. Think nourishment, warmth, and ease woven through the fabric of your everyday life, so that retreating becomes less escape and more remembrance.
Why this season matters
Winter is the body’s invitation to restore. It asks us to gather inward, to rebuild the reserves that spring will call upon. When we honour this rhythm — rest as intentional cultivation — we find a steadier, quieter strength waiting beneath the surface. The Winter Home Retreat is an offering of that remembrance: a way to live with the season, and to let it live through you.
